Hi, I’m Uli

I'm Uli Smith, a West Coast visual artist, muralist, and graphic designer whose work fuses community engagement with bold storytelling. With a Master of Public Health, I bridge public health themes with art, crafting colorful murals that inspire joy and connection.

Alongside my mural and fine art practice, I work as a graphic designer and creative strategist, building brand identities, campaigns, and visual systems for clients who need complex ideas translated into something people can actually connect with. Whether I'm painting a wall or designing a brand, the process is the same: understand the story first, then find the boldest way to tell it.

Drawing from my multicultural background and love of urban and natural landscapes, my work explores environmental stewardship and the bond between humanity and nature. Collaborating with local communities, my pieces celebrate shared experiences, fostering pride and belonging.

At its core, my work, whether on a wall or a brand, is a testament to creativity's power to uplift, inspire, and nurture well-being.
