Midtown Parks, the 501(c)(3) arm of Midtown Association, aims to increase health and community engagement by investing in Midtown parks. Midtown Parks has established a list of priority projects to improve and activate each park, one project included on this list is the refresh of the BARK letter installation located at Truitt Bark Park. The large concrete letters were originally installed in 2017 and painted by a local artist with the intent of having them refreshed every 5 years with a new artist and design to both beautify the park and highlight local artists.
